  Note: the size shown does not include the ruffle. The ruffle is 3-4" wide and double folded back to make a nice clean edge. Therefore our 17x17 pillow is really 23" wide including the ruffle. The pillow part would fit a 17x17 or 18x18 pillow insert like our 100% shredded serene foam pillow insert.
